Mama Josie turned 50!!!

Way back in the beginning of March my mama turned 50!!! My sis and I put together a 70's party for her. She had so much fun! I was so happy! it was a super fun time, the guys played pull and shuffle board and the girls danced the night away. My little cousin JJ dressed up so dang cute! She won the best dressed. Morgan also dressed up really good, he cracked me up. He wore an old pair of bell bottoms my sisters!
I can't believe my mom is 50! Crazy, but I don't thinks he looks it! I serously have the coolest mom in the world. She is amazing and everyone who knows her knows how awesome she is!

Weekend of Fun

This weekend I had a good time! First, Paul's dad gave us tickets to the Suns game that he had won on the radio. Paul ended up not being able to go so I took my cousin Sam with me! It was so much fun! At half time this guy made a running granny half court shot and wont $77,777.00. the croud when nuts! But it was so scary, we were running late so we just basically tookt he first parking that was close to the game as we could. The guy made us drive down 3 levels & there was a security guard who told us to take the elevator up. Well when we finally got up to ground level, the doors open & first thing out of Sam's mouth was "ready to get raped"... The doors opend up to a one way road that was surrounded by construction & graffiti not to mention zero lights!

On Saturday, while Paul was at training Jared & I went to down town Mesa and saw a car show. There were tons of really cool cars, I wanted to take a couple home with me. Then we went to Tay & Jami's that night for some good ole BBQ fun! Watched a little South Park and called it a night.

The picture of my brother was sent to me by him to rub in my face that he has 3 championship rings now. He is one State Champion over me so I am super jealous!

Valentines Day & More

This year for Valentines Day we went out with Jared & Sammie for dinner. It was pretty fun. Eaerlier that morning, Paul and I went to Tempe Town Lake to rent paddle boats and they were all rented out! I serously about cried cause that's all i really wanted to do. So we just had lunch down there then came and hung out at the house. It was nice to have the day off & spend it with Paul. I serously feel like I am the worst wife ever cause I am never home. I work all the time & if i'm not working I am at school or studying.

This weekend my family was down watching the boys & girls state basektball tournament. It was so sad when the boys lost, they played their little hearts out. The girls are playing for State on Thursday which is super exciting. I'm a little upset cause it's Thursday morning, seriously who schedules these things.

Oh and a while ago we had a little bridal shower at my house for Cordae (Preston Stradlings fiance) which was a lot of fun. More girls showed up than Ashley & I planned which made it even better

I haven't really been posting much cause seriously like I said before I am super busy and have no life. Once something interesting happens I will post about it that way things won't be so boring to read.

We had so much fun this weekend hanging out. On Friday Paul was at work so Jared and I went and looked for some tires for my car, then we picked up Tay and went down to Mill for lunch. I didn't take any pictures (my bad) but we had a good time. The weather was amazing this weekend!!! Then on Saturday we all went down and road the Light Rail. It was actually pretty cool. We road it to down town and had lunch. It was a long day though. We started at 2 and didnt get home till around 6. Then on Sunday we headed to Jodi & Craig's for the football game! How about them Cardinals eh! Once again didn't take any pictures. All in all the weekend was good and the weather was amazing!

Weekend in SJ

Last weekend Paul went to Rocky Point with one of our friends & their dad to go fishing so I decided to take off to SJ since there were stuff goin on. First, my friend Tyson Baca got married up in Greer. It was so pretty! (the first pic. is of baby Morgan, she was my little friend on the ride to the wedding), Second, my littel cousin JJ "Sugar" got baptized! I was so excited for her, she looked so cute & was super excited too, but a little scared of the water being cold which it was. Then I went with the fam to watch my little brother KJ play basketball, unfortunately i didn't take my camera. They played pretty dang good, good enough to take a win against Red Mesa!!! So i was happy.
Paul got back from Mexico on Sunday but he said the weather was so bad they weren't able to take the boat back so he just chilled and said every restaurant they went to besides JJ's served American food which we never ever eat American food when we are in Mexico. All in all he said it was a good trip!
Ps... GO CARDS!!! hahaha

Bran Spakin New Year!!!!

New Year's Eve was actually a lot funner than I expected! We had some friends over at our pad then we moved the party to Trav's. Seriously one of the funnest part of the nights was the drive to Travs. it was paul, tay, mike and I... oh my goodness those boys had me about to pee my pants I was laughin so hard at them. they talked more crap to eachother it was unreal & if i laughed at one joke i would get yelled at by the one they were making fun of! All in all it was such a fun night! Paul and I are super excited for the New Year! We have our goals set and are just lookin forward to havin some more fun!

I love Christmas!

Luckily we are able to spend Christmas with both of our families hence they both live in SJ. We had a super fun week up there. Our Christmas this year rocked! Paul got me a Yellow Lab.. he is the cutest prettiest puppy. I named him Marley (after Bob Marley NOT the movie) and love him to death. Now i have a puppy and a turtle, my farm is starting to grow! haha.. I got Pablo a new laptop for work. He was so surprised!

The day after Christmas we went up snowboarding with a group of people. Poor Sierra went down with me on my first ride - i have only gone snowboarding once before 2 years ago - there was a ridiculous amount of powder and i could not stay on my feet & had the toughest time getting up. After we finally got down, I found Paul, Morgan, and Nikki and made them go down with me to give Sierra a break. Paul is really good so we helped me out major! We made it to the bottom a lot faster since we only went half way up the mountain. The third time i did even better. Morgan helped me out this time. But i have a really funny story about my first time off the lift so if you ever see me have me tell you. It's so embarrassing!

Six Whole Months!

Hooray! Paul and I have been married for SIX MONTHS! today. I know six months isn't that long, but it is just crazy how fast it has gone. Funny story: I was telling Paul the other day that our six month anniversary was coming up, that it was on Monday the 15th. He was all oh is that the day we are going to celebrate it (we started dating on the 15th) and I was like oops I mean Sunday the 14th. haha. He was all great Felisha, we have only been married for 6 months and you are already forgetting what day our annivesary is on (guess its kind of a story you had to be there for). He also liked to mention it has been a long 6 months. What a butt! He didn't mean it haha.. Anywho.. being married has been so awesome! I love it, we have so much fun together! Ya it is hard at times, especially for me because I lived by myself for over a year so I was use to everything being mine and my way not OURS.. but I'm getting there. Paul's the best husband ever! He takes good care of me! He still cooks all the meals and cleans the kitchen. I'm hoping thats a habit he never gets out of.

In October Jodi, Bethany and I decided to participate in the Race for the Cure! It was so awesome and a very neat experience. I have never ran that far in my life! The race wasn't actually bad, everyone is just so excited to be there that you really don't even realize how far it is. We wore the regular t-shirts they handed out, but we saw some really cool home made ones. One shirt said "Save the Ta-ta's" and my favorite was "Save Second Base". Next year we are going to make our own shirts. I can't wait!

About 3 months ago Paul bought me an aquatic turtle! I seriously love this little turtle. His name is Maynard! Paul won't let me have a puppy so that is how my little turtle came into our picture. He travels with us to SJ every time we go up and everyone loves to play with him. He isn't a slow turtle either. When we let him out of his tank to run around he literally runs.

I'm sure everyone has heard that the SJ boys took State in football AGAIN! It has been fun watching them get there (the games we were able to see) and the State game was very exciting the first half. I am pretty sure i stood up the whole time and yelled the whole half. The second half wasn't as exciting because we were killing them. The boys played great! Obviously! I love watching my little brother and the boys in his grade play. They are all so good and have so much talent in every sport and play with so much heart! Its unreal

Halloween!

this year we dressed up last minute, as you can tell by our costumes. Paul's sister was playing in the State tournament and their game started at 7 on Friday night so that's our excuse. My brother and his cute girlfriend came and stayed the weekend with us too, so we had a full house. Their costumes were good and they looked so stinkin cute! We went and walked around Mill Ave and they got so many compliments plus people wanting pictures of them.

a few days before Halloween we got some people over and carved pumpkins and watched a scary movie! it was pretty fun. Check em out

There has been many new things going on in our lives that I haven't gotten around to postin. First, not only am I working as a dental hygiene assistant but took on the adventure of being a nanny for the cutest funnest 2 year old named Alex. It's only on Fridays and Saturdays, but we have so much fun together. Paul says its the perfect job for me because he believes I like to act like a little kid too, i told him it keeps us young at heart. Also, every once in a while Taylor and Jami let me babysit baby Morgan! She is so cute, I will have to post some pictures of her as well.

Secondly, the decorating of our home is coming a long. When everything is pretty much complete I will take pictures to show off the work I've done! haha!

The best thing ever is Paul got me a pet turtle! His so cute! I just love him! I keep saying we need to get him a friend and I swear I will get him one when I have a weekend open to go buy another one. We named him Maynard after the lead singer of the band TOOL. He is an aquatic turtle and let me tell ya this turtle is not slow. When I play with him he runs up my arm so fast I about drop hime ever time.

We took a girls trip to Vegas to celebrate Sierra's 21st Bday!!! We had so much fun, even with the creepy disgusting one night stay at The Plaza... luckily we upgraded to the Stratosphere! The nights were so long, I felt like an old lady trying to stay up with these chicks but it was all worth it. We went to a lot of fun clubs and danced our little hearts out, rode some rides at the Stratosphere, went shopping, and took many pictures which Marcee better send to me soon!

It's About Time...

HI!!! so it has been forever and ever since I have posted something, I don't even know if anyone even looks at my blog anymore. Where to begin....
So I am a wife now! It is so awesome and so much fun! Amazingly enough he still cooks all the time and keeps up with chores! I love our little house we live in, it is the perfect size for us. I am trying to get my brother to come down because it needs to be painted, but for the outside Paul has done an awesome job in our yard and its always looking good. The yard would look better if we had some flowers, but thats my fault.
Our wedding was a lot of fun! I actually wasn't too nervous. Paul was amazingly nervous standing up there, it was kind of funny. For our honeymoon we went to Colorado! That was so so much fun and I can't wait to go back. We went and stayed in his cabin for a couple of days then went to Telluride for a couple of days and finished it off in Ouray! We met a lot of awesome people and had such a fun time. I don't have pictures from that yet but I will get them soon....

So it has been a while since I last blogged, I just have been so crazy busy with work and wedding stuff plus my internet not working doesn't help. Well its only about 6 more weeks till the big day... kind of scary. It is so crazy, i can't believe it's almost here, but I also can't wait for it to be here.

Nothing too exciting has been going on, I love my job and all the people I work with. They are so nice and cool. They even decorated part of the office for my birthday and gave me a card and brownies! For my birthday I had a couple of parties and went and got manicures and pedicures and a long massage! It was sooo nice! It was really great to see everyone who came to the party, there some people there that I haven't seen for like a year! I got some great presents, I was pretty spoiled that weekend.

Welp sorry not much to report on after the wedding is over I will have more time to do things and talk about

I finally Got A Job & Some Pics!

Yay yay ya hip hip hooray! I finally got a job! I am super excited! It is going to be so nice to actually work full time for the first time in my life and also only work four days a week plus its close to my home! I can't wait! Best of all it is doing something I love! I finally got a job as a dental assistant, I will start off as a Hygiene Assistant but that works for me, the doctor is really cool and funny and all the ladies are super nice and super cool. It is on Alma School and Warner and it is a pretty nice office! So if you need a check up let me know! Haha..

We went to Mexico last weekend for Spring Break. It was pretty fun, we got there late Friday night because someone (Paul) got lost! Haha.. it was the funniest thing! Well atleast I thought so, Paul seriously flipped out and I had to try so hard not to laugh!

It's Been A While

Well it has been forever since I posted anything. The past month has not been the greatest. My Grams was down here for month in the hospital before she passed away. I spent most of my time at the hospital in between school and work. I am still in disbelief that she is gone. She was the most crazy, coolest, amazing 71 Year Old that I knew! All the nurses at the hospital thought she was only in her 50's! Hopefully I get her great skin and hair!

For a happier note! I graduate next week! I am so excited but so scared at the same time. I will finally be a dental assistant and every office is different, so I am nervous that I will interview at a office that uses way different materials than the office I intern at uses. I can't wait to get a job though, hopefully I will have one within the next two weeks. I told my boss that March was my last month so I really need to get a job before that. We are also going to Mexico next weekend! I can't wait! It will be so much fun and relaxing! I can't wait to lay on the beach and tan!

As for wedding plans! They are coming along great! It's about 3 more months until the big day! I hope it comes quick. The time has actually been going by pretty fast, but I wouldn't mind if it went a little faster. I still have a lot to do and order, but once school is done I will have more time to focus on it all!

I hope everything is going great for everyone, and all the pregnant mamas are doing better and that the sickness goes away!

It's official!!! Paul dropped to his knee and asked me! It was so awesome and very surprising! He even did it in front of my whole family ( i guess he wanted to do it on Christmas Eve, but I was so sick that I didn't get out of bed till 5PM. I am so excited, the football boys are playing for State! My little brother is on the team... well he plays a little, but I still think he is good! Haha.. The State game is going to be so much fun, I am having Rob (graphic designer at my work) make 3 banners for the game! I hope they win so bad! If they do, all the boys who are on the football team that played baseball will be getting another ring! So jealous!

How Cool Is My Man

So... Paul never ever buys me flowers with out having a reason. The only time I have ever gotten flowers from him was on Valentines Day. Well... yesterday he called me when I got out of the gym and told me he wanted me to come over because he was going to grill us some steaks and have a nice dinner & then he was like "oh guess what babe, i got you a present"... so I was figuring it was a chocolate bar or some kind of candy since he had just been at the store. Well when I got there, I walk into the kitchen and he hands me a dozen red roses and gives me a little kiss and tells me he loves me! I was seriously in shock! Haha.. it was so cute, he even did it in front of his roommates!

I was so surprised he got me flowers, you seriously have no idea! ... although I kind of wish I got a chocolate bar instead! haha.. jk. I just had to post that little story because that is how in shock I am. I mean he always does nice things for me, cleaning, cooking, taking me out (hate to say I like expect it now because its a constant thing) but flowers is huge for him. I give him kudos!

STATE FAIR & SEDONA!!!

Well last Friday Paul and I went to the State Fair to go see Collective Soul! It was so much fun, and the concert was sooo good! We had a lot of fun, but the ride we wanted to do was $25 per person so we said NO! and just rode the ferris wheel! Which of course I loved!

The next morning, my cousin Sammie and I decided to make a random trip to Sedona! It was so beautiful! I mostly have video but here are a few pictures that i snapped! It was a way fun trip, but we are planning to go back when we can actually stay longer than just a day.

So Friday night we decided to have a girls night and go out dancing! Let me tell you that was the most adventurous night I have had in a while!!! And by the way these are only about 3 of the pictures we took out of 50! Haha.. it took us about 20 minutes to try and take a good one, and every picture someone found something wrong in it! So these three (actually 2 because the one of me just made us about pee are pants laughing) are the best we could do! We even asked a Chinese lady to help us out! haha.. who is the tourist?

So... Paul and I celebrated our one year on SEPTEMBER 15, 2007 BABY!!! How amazing is that! I just love it! We went to The Compass Room, which is where we went on our first date! It was so much fun, and that is by far my favorite restaurant. It is the coolest place on earth. If you haven't been there, it sits on top of a hotel and slowly spins around so you get the view of the whole city! And the food there is AMAZING!! It is so yummy!

Well... it has been a couple or so weeks since then and since I last posted so whats goin on in Felisha's world.... absolutely nothing! All I do is go to school and work. I am actually going to try and find a second job, maybe be a waitress (which is something I said I would never do) during the nights and on weekends. Other than that, I don't really have much going on. What a loser!

So I just recently moved to Mesa! I am living with Victor and I guess you can say Paul & his roommates! They love it! Haha.. Especially Dustin ;). I move into my apartment on September 12!!! I can't wait! All my crap is stored in Paul's & the guys garage. They honestly have no more room in there! I kind of feel bad, but they are aweosme for letting me store it there! Actually I don't think they mind because the last time I was at their house they were using some of my stuff!!! Haha! I haven't posted anything in a while because i have been crazy busy with moving & starting school & the worse of all FINDING A JOB! Yes I am officially a loser! I have NO job! It has been nice the but the cash is running low!

So next week is my last week of work! I can't believe it, I have been working at this job for the last 2 years, I am kinda sad to leave because I am so use to the cool guys that I work with, having an awesome schedule, and doing something I am so use to doing. Now I have to find a completely new job, meet new people, and all of that not too fun stuff! BUT... i will be closer to Mr.Ramsey which will be AMAZING! I can't wait... we are so so excited! I can pee my pants I am so excited! Plus, all the people I hang out with live in Mesa, Gilbert, or around that area so at least I will be saving gas! A sad thing about it though, I am moving away from my sister! Jodi and I hang out a lot and Paul & Craig became really good friends, so it is going to be so sad that the only time I will get to hang out with her will be on the weekends. Paul promised me that we will go over there at least once a month, maybe even more! But enough of my crying, I am moving part of my stuff this week & the rest of the stuff next weekend. I will still have to drive over here for the next 4 days after I move because my school doesn't get over till the 9th of August! Blah! Then that weekend we will be going to the Romero reunion! I can't wait to be up in the mountains! I hope Paul can handle a bunch of crazy Mexicans!

9 MONTHS & COUNTING!!!!

Paul & I have been dating for 9 MONTHS as of 06/15/07!!! It has been so GREAT! He took me out for dinner, then on Saturday we went golfing! It was so much fun, we saw a coyote! I have a video of us chasing it, & me almost falling out of the cart, but my camera is being dumb so I wasn't able to download it! I am so happy I don't know what to do with myself! Paul is awesome! Haha... & crazy too!

So last week we went to a D-Backs game and our section was the lucky section to get picked to see if anyone wanted to go out on the field and try to catch fly balls that the ... (whatever the D-Backs mascot is) shot out of a fly ball machine! Well I got volunteered and when the boy (yes boy, he was younger then me) looked at me he dared to ask me "Are you at least 15 years old)... oooh.. I was so sad, it seriously hurt my feelings. "Umm.. ya I am freakin 20"...

I am sure I will love those type of comments when I turn 30, but right now they aren't so hot!

3 on 3 BASKETBALL!

Well... last weekend Jami and I drove up to SJ to play in that basketball tournament. Sierra was on our team and just to note: Jami hasn't played basketball for 5 years and Sierra hasn't for about 5 years also, I am the only one who doesn't have an excuse for looking like a 3 year old out there. Well we took 3rd! And it's actually not good because there were only 4 teams! Haha... but we were so out of shape and out of breath, we pretty much gave up in the last game, and you know me, I got attitude and tried not to look pissed off, but my facial expressions didn't hide it too well!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!

So last week was my birthday (Apr. 25th) and I finally turned 20!!! Woot woo! Well I had the most AWESOME birthday ever! I got flowers delivered to me at work (aren't they B-E-A-Utiful) and then when I got home my sis and Beth decorated my aparment. That night Paul brought me my present which is super super cool! It's a mini digital video camera that also takes pictures then he took me to dinner! Then on Saturday Paul and the boys gave me a birthday party! I must say all my friends pretty much rock! I got a lot of calls and texts wishing me a Happy Birthday! So thanks bunches!

Oh ya, I also got new tires and my windows tinted! Finally!

Six Months!!!

Yesterday was Paul's & I six months anniversary of dating! Holla!!! I can't believe it has been that long! Some of you might think I am crazy for thinking six month is long but it seriously is! I have loved every minute of it! We have super fun together & I don't believe we have ever really fought! Let me tell you how spoiled I am: I get dinner made for me ( i never have to help) every weekend night, and it is a good dinner I'm talking steak & potatoes & salad! yum! Also, he makes me breakfast & lunch and he never wants me helping or cleaning up but I finally got him to let me help a little. He takes me on cute little dates every once in a while and he is teaching me how to golf, which is way fun! Those are just a few things that show how spoiled I am! I love it!

SPRING BREAK 2007!!!

Well this last weekend a bunch of us decided to go to Rocky Point for Spring Break! It was seriously one of the funnest trips ever! We stayed at Michaels house he has down there -by the way it is amazing- and did a lot of fun stuff! Paul promised to find me an octopus because he didn't last time we went to Mexico, sure enough him and Tay found me 2!! They were so cool, we also found a lot of nasty sea slugs!

Of course the majority of us being from SJ made it so we couldn't pass up a good fire cracker war! We set of some fireworks then shot bottle rockets & roman candles at each other! I think I accidentally shot Jami right under her ear (but don't tell her)!

I am really bored at work today so I decided to start the whole blog thing that way I can start leaving comments! Which I am sure I will become addicted to because I kind of have an addictive personality!

My Best Buddy Cristian Patterson (Elder Cristian Patterson now) finally sent me a picture! I miss him so much! He is so funny and by far my favorite person when we were in high school!
